Sales Policy
Returns/Exchanges
In most cases, tickets sold by Rover Marine, Inc. are not refundable or exchangeable. Tickets that will not be used by a patron may be returned to the Rover Marine, Inc Ticket Office as a gift which can either be given to a patron or re-sold at the discretion of the Ticket Office and with the donors’ consent. If an event is rescheduled, patrons may receive a refund for their ticket if they are not able to attend the event on the rescheduled date.
Delivery
We do not ship purchases. All purchases will be held at our Ticket Office on the day of the event. If you would prefer to collect your tickets in advance, you can do so by stopping by our Ticket Office located at the Nauticus Museum, 1 Waterside Dr., Norfolk. Call 757-627-7406 for hours
